03:00 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helix Exploration (HEX.L) appointed Matthew Ciardiello as chief financial officer, effective Friday. The helium production and liquefaction company said in a Monday filing that the appointment is meant to consolidate its finance function in the US, where its operations are located. Ciardiello will succeed UK-based Ryan Neates in the role. Ciardiello currently heads Anexus CFO.
