03:03 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- British color cosmetics company Warpaint London (W7L.L) initiated a share repurchase program of up to 2.5 million pounds sterling on Monday, according to a same-day filing. The share repurchase program, set to run until Dec. 31, will be executed by Shore Capital Stockbrokers. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury and will be used to fulfill obligations under the company's employee share schemes.
