04:07 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mendell Helium (MDH.AQ) agreed to issue 500,000 new shares priced at 0.03 pound sterling apiece to its former broker through exercise of warrants. The helium producer said Monday the warrant exercise amount of 15,000 pounds will offset a portion of its outstanding obligation owed to the broker.
