04:36 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hamak Strategy (HAMA.L) closed a voluntary exchange offer for its 0.008-pound-sterling warrants after holders tendered 179,906,090 eligible warrants for surrender and cancellation. Under the offer's one-for-five exchange ratio, the gold exploration company expects to issue 35,981,218 new ordinary shares, removing 143,924,872 potential shares from the surrendered warrant pool, according to a Monday release. Launched on July 13, the offer was conditional on Hamak receiving exchange requests for at least 100 million warrants.
