05:50 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Heliospectra (HELIO.ST) said Monday that Gothenburg District Court declared the company bankrupt after the court approved its bankruptcy application. As such, the horticulture lighting technology company's shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be delisted. The court also appointed a Setterwalls Advokatbyrå attorney as the bankruptcy trustee.
