U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 1% on Monday.

Shares of Everbright Digital Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:EDHL) fell sharply in pre-market trading as the company priced its $8.07 million public offering of 4,293,000 ordinary shares at $1.88 per share.

Everbright Digital shares dipped 8.1% to $3.31 in pre-market trading.

• Kosmos Energy Ltd (NYSE:KOS) shares dipped 6.8% to $2.45 in pre-market trading following a 4% decline on Friday.
• Patterson-UTI Energy Inc (NASDAQ:PTEN) declined 6.6% to $9.53 in pre-market trading.
• Venture Global Inc (NYSE:VG) fell 5.8% to $13.48 in pre-market trading.
• Equinor ASA (NYSE:EQNR) fell 5% to $38.35 in pre-market trading.
• Sasol Ltd (NYSE:SSL) fell 4.8% to $11.26 in pre-market trading.
• Crescent Energy Co (NYSE:CRGY) declined 4.6% to $10.75 in pre-market trading.
• Highpeak Energy Inc (NASDAQ:HPK) dipped 4.6% to $7.30 in pre-market trading following a 5% decline on Friday.
• SM Energy Co (NYSE:SM) fell 4.5% to $31.69 in pre-market trading.   
• Vermilion Energy Inc (NYSE:VET) declined 4.5% to $10.75 in pre-market trading.
• Ring Energy Inc (NYSE:REI) slipped 2.4% to $1.24 in pre-market trading after declining 3% on Friday.
