09:47 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- German logistics company Deutsche Post (DHL.F), d/b/a DHL Group, agreed to acquire Baltic parcel operator Venipak Group. The acquisition covers Venipak's operations in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, according to a Monday release. The target will become part of DHL eCommerce but continue operating under its existing brand identity, with its current management team and employees to remain in their roles. Deal closing is subject to regulatory approvals, among other customary closing conditions.
