A real estate fund run by Mesirow acquired the Sixty 11th Apartments for $132 million. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports the seller was 60 11th Street LLC. It purchased the 1.25-acre site in care of Daniel Realty Co. LLC, an affiliate of Daniel Corp., in 2014. The tower was a joint venture between Daniel Corp., Selig Enterprises and MetLife.

Sixty 11th Apartments is part of the multi-block master-planned development 12th & Midtown. Completed in 2016, the tower stands 20 stories tall and comprises 320 apartments.

The community features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a clubroom, game room, fitness center and sky deck that provides sweeping panoramas of the Atlanta skyline. The private terrace level features lush landscaping, a zero-entry saline swimming pool with a waterfall and tanning ledges, multiple grilling stations, outdoor dining areas, a bocce court and more.

The tower also offers 15,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant offerings.
