10:49 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Shelly Group (SLYG.F) launched a call option to acquire the remaining 24% stake in its Slovenian subsidiary Shelly Tech. The acquisition is valued at 948,939 euros, the Bulgarian technology holding company said in a Monday release.
