Trademark, Harrison Street Kicking Off Arlington Mall Redevelopment

Trademark Property Company (Trademark) and Harrison Street Asset Management are ready to get started on the redevelopment of the 43-year old Lincoln Square. The joint venture partners are investing $135 million in the new venture, to be called Anthem. InterBank is providing refinancing and construction financing for the project. Trademark will lead a full renovation on the property.

The redevelopment is scheduled to break ground next month with completion slated for early 2028. Activity will begin with the demolition of 70,000 square feet of vacated building space.

Following demolition, Anthem is expected to feature 404,000 square feet of retail, food & beverage, public spaces and entertainment space upon completion. Trademark is in final lease negotiations with more than 35,000 square feet of retail and food-and-beverage space. While the joint venture is primarily focused on creating a retail and entertainment destination, other mixed-use options will be considered.
