NBT Bancorp Inc. ("NBT" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:NBTB) announced its Board of Directors approved a third-quarter cash dividend of $0.40 per share at a meeting held earlier today. The dividend represents a $0.03 per share, or 8.1%, increase over the dividend paid in the third quarter of 2025. This is the Company’s fourteenth consecutive year of annual dividend increases. The dividend will be paid on September 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of September 1, 2026.
