02:20 AM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Unite Group (UTG.L) said Tuesday it swung to a loss in the first half, while total revenue increased year over year. Loss for the six months ended June 30 was 417.7 million pounds sterling, compared with a profit of 186.1 million pounds earlier. Loss per share moved to 0.797 pound from an EPS of 0.379 pound. The student accommodation owner and operator's total revenue was 208.4 million pounds, compared with 181.1 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board proposed an unchanged dividend of 0.128 pound per share for the interim period, payable on Oct. 30 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 18. Looking ahead, the group affirmed its guidance for adjusted EPS between 0.415 pound and 0.430 pound for full-year 2026.
