Real estate company Wihlborgs' proposed purchase of peer Castellum's portfolio in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg is expected to close on Oct. 1, according to a Tuesday release. In a separate same-day release, Castellum said its 5 billion-krona sale of office properties in Stockholm to Alecta also received approval from the Swedish Competition Authority. The buyer is set to take possession of the properties on Sept. 1.
