10:35 AM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- United Wire Factories (SASE:1301), d/b/a Aslak, said shareholder Mohammed bin Rashid Mohammed Al-Rasheed transferred 2.2 million shares in the company to his son. The Tadawul-listed wire products manufacturer said on Tuesday that the transfer to Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Mohammed Al-Rasheed was part of a private family arrangement. It added the share transfer will have no impact on its day-to-day operations or operating strategy.
