12:17 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CT UK High Income Trust (CHI.L) appointed Stephen Mitchell as the new board chairman after Andrew Watkins retired at the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting on Tuesday. Mitchell served as the senior independent director and chairman of the engagement and remuneration committee, the London-listed investment trust said the same day.
