12:23 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gerresheimer (GXI.F) agreed to sell its Centor US Holding subsidiary and primary packaging plastics business to an affiliate of funds advised by Apax Partners for an enterprise value of 1.5 billion euros. The transaction covers 15 production sites for primary packaging plastics in nine countries, as well as Centor's production in the US, according to a Wednesday release. The German drugs packaging company expects the Centor sale to close by the end of 2026, while the divestment of the primary plastics business is expected to be completed in the first half of 2027. Both transactions remain subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
