Wallix Lands EUR25 Million Financing for Growth

12:42 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wallix (ALLIX.PA) obtained non-dilutive financing worth 25 million euros to fund its growth plans, according to a Tuesday release. The cybersecurity software developer secured 15 million euros via a bank loan from a syndicate comprising BNP Paribas, Société Générale, LCL, and Caisse d'Epargne Ile-de-France. The first tranche of 9 million euros is due in six years, while the second, 6 million-euro tranche is repayable in 6.5 years. The remaining funds were secured through the sale of a 10 million-euro bond, due in seven years, to debt funds Socadif and Sienna. Wallix may receive an additional credit line of 40 million euros, subject to certain conditions.
