Breedon Group Books Lower H1 Profit; Revenue Up

02:43 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Breedon Group (BREE.L) said Wednesday that attributable profit for the first half declined, while revenue rose year over year. Profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 25.5 million pounds sterling, compared with 27.5 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.074 pound from 0.08 pound. The construction materials company's revenue was 857.9 million pounds, compared with 815.9 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board announced an interim dividend of 0.05 pound per share for the period, payable Nov. 6 to shareholders on record Oct. 2. It paid 0.0475 pound per share a year ago. Looking ahead, the board continues to expect performance to be in line with market expectations for 2026.
