02:57 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FirstGroup (FGP.L) said Wednesday it entered into an agreement with British transport technology provider Tracsis (TRCS.L) for the sale of Mistral Data Services. The British transportation company will sell the rail industry-focused software solutions business at an enterprise value of 48 million pounds sterling on a cash- and debt-free basis, payable in cash. Completion is expected by Oct. 31, subject to the approval of the UK's Competition and Markets Authority, among other conditions.
