03:16 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark Security (NWT.L) decided to offload its physical security systems business, Safetell, following a strategic review of the division. Upon completion of the sale, the London-listed data management and security systems group will comprise the people and data management division, Grosvenor Technology, according to a Wednesday filing. Safetell will be sold to its Managing Director Nicholas Shannon for a nominal price of 1 pound sterling. Newmark Security will repay the balances under Safetell's HSBC invoice financing facility, while 300,000 pounds of the intercompany balance owed by Safetell to the company will remain outstanding. The sale remains subject to regulatory clearances and other customary conditions.
