04:07 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RTW Biotech Opportunities (RTW.L) portfolio company Yarrow Bioscience completed its merger with US-listed Vyne Therapeutics. London-listed life sciences-focused investor RTW Biotech added in a Wednesday filing that Yarrow also concluded private financings totaling $200 million, led by RTW Investments. The combined entity, named Yarrow Bioscience, commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Tuesday. Yarrow is advancing a potential anti-thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibody to treat Graves' disease and thyroid eye disease.
