04:32 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kona BidCo completed its mandatory offer to acquire shares it does not own in Zalaris (ZAL.OL) at an offer price of 100 Norwegian kroner per share, according to a Wednesday release. Following settlement on Monday, Kona BidCo held 19,328,038 shares in the human capital management services company, representing 87.32% of its issued and outstanding share capital and voting rights, or 88.54% adjusted for Zalaris' treasury shares. The offeror will pursue a delisting of Zalaris from Euronext Oslo Børs, subject to approval from the company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on Aug. 11.
