05:39 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cindrigo Holdings (CINH.L) unit Cindrigo Ltd. agreed to swap its existing plant lease at Kaipola for a lease and option-to-purchase agreement for the Heinola industrial estate in Finland. The deal with EdgeVolt Europe & Nordic grants the renewable energy developer an initial 10-year lease, with rolling five-year extension options, and an option to acquire the 32-hectare Heinola site for 3 million euros during the period of five years from the effective date of the lease, according to a Wednesday filing. The new hub will serve as Cindrigo's operational base for its sustainable biomass operations, including its planned sustainable wood pellet joint venture. The transaction will be carried out through Cindrigo's acquisition of EdgeVolt Finland, which owns the Heinola lease and purchase option, in exchange for the entire share capital of its subsidiary Kaipolan Energia.
