Vertiv Hldgs (NYSE:VRT) reported quarterly earnings of $1.52 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.42 by 7.04 percent. The company reported quarterly sales of $3.274 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $3.377 billion by 3.06 percent. This is a 24.11 percent increase over sales of $2.638 billion the same period last year.
