Bloom Energy Corporation (NYSE:BE) stock is up during Wednesday’s premarket session as investors react to a blowout quarterly report and higher full-year guidance.

Earnings Crush Wall Street Estimates

The company reported second-quarter revenue of $1.07 billion and adjusted EPS of 78 cents, topping consensus estimates of $822.77 million and 40 cents, respectively.

GAAP diluted EPS improved to 62 cents from a loss of 18 cents a year earlier. GAAP gross margin expanded to 33.4% from 26.7%, while operating income reached $182.2 million, compared with a $3.5 million loss. Adjusted EBITDA climbed to $253.4 million from $41.2 million.

Bloom also generated $226.4 million in operating cash flow and ended the quarter with approximately $2.67 billion in cash and cash equivalents, underscoring stronger liquidity and operating leverage.

Management raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $3.90 billion to $4.20 billion and increased its adjusted EPS outlook to $2.55 to $2.85.

The company expects a full-year non-GAAP gross margin of about 34% and non-GAAP operating income of $800 million to $900 million.

CEO KR Sridhar said demand is "accelerating every quarter," adding that "all the major U.S. hyperscalers" and "over a dozen" neoclouds, AI labs and colocation operators have validated Bloom’s solutions.

Critical Technical Levels for Bloom Energy Stock

Despite the premarket gain, Bloom Energy remains 22% below its 20-day SMA of $236.02 and 30.6% below its 50-day SMA of $265.10, signaling continued intermediate-term pressure.

However, the stock is 3.9% above its 200-day SMA of $177.25, preserving the broader uptrend after a 380.12% 12-month gain.

Momentum remains weak, with MACD below its signal line and a negative histogram. The moving-average setup is mixed: the 20-day SMA is below the 50-day, while the 50-day remains above the 200-day.

June marked the recent swing high and July the swing low. Traders will watch whether the earnings-driven move can reclaim short-term averages or stall at overhead resistance.

  • Key Support: $177.25 — the 200-day SMA, where longer-term buyers often defend pullbacks
