11:20 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ukrainian forces carried out long-range strikes on key Russian facilities, including Rosneft Oil Co.'s (ROSN.ME) refinery and logistics hub in Ryazan and Lukoil's (LKOH.ME) plant in Perm, according to a Wednesday post on Telegram by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. In a separate post, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said the Ryazan strike was followed by a fire on the oil refinery's grounds. Rosneft and Lukoil did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
