11:22 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Likewise Group (LIKE.L) raised gross proceeds of 28.5 million pounds sterling through an upsized share placing and subscription offer, according to a Wednesday release. The British floor coverings distributor issued 89,473,686 new shares through the placing and 10,526,314 shares through the subscription offer at an issue price of 0.285 pound per share. Likewise Group also launched an up to 2 million-pound-sterling retail offer for existing retail shareholders in the UK via the BookBuild platform. Assuming that the retail offer will be fully taken up, the company expects to raise total proceeds of 30.5 million pounds.
