12:16 PM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EQT's (EQT.ST) EQT Private Capital Asia Mid-Market Opportunities Fund I agreed to sell its stake in software-as-a-service company Quantios to Vista Equity Partners. The divestment supports the Swedish private equity group's Asia mid-market strategy, according to a Wednesday release. It is expected to be completed during the third quarter, subject to customary conditions and approvals.
