According to the news, Jushuitan announced that in the six months ending June 30, 2026, the Group is expected to obtain profits attributable to the company's equity holders between RMB 100 million and RMB 130 million, while losses due to owners of the company's equity interests in the six months ending June 30, 2025 are about RMB 41 million, that is, net loss to net profit compared to the six months ended June 30, 2025.

The Group is also expected to obtain adjusted net profit for the six months ended June 30, 2026 (based on non-IFRS measurements) of approximately RMB 170 million to RMB 200 million, an increase of approximately 227% to 285% compared with adjusted net profit of approximately RMB 52 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The Board believes that presenting adjusted net profit (not measured by IFRS) will help compare the operating performance of other comparable companies over different periods and with similar business operations by eliminating the potential impact of several projects.
