01:34 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arcadis' (ARCAD.AS) executive and supervisory boards unanimously rejected the second unsolicited proposal from WSP Global, according to a Thursday release. The second proposal offered 51.50 euros per share in cash and stock for the design, engineering, and consultancy. The target company said the proposal undervalues it and presents execution risks.
