Tawuniya Books Lower H1 Attributable Profit; Insurance Revenue Rises

02:00 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Co. for Cooperative Insurance (SASE:8010), d/b/a Tawuniya, said Thursday its attributable profit for the first half declined, while insurance revenue rose year over year. Net profit after zakat attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 609.8 million Saudi riyals, compared with 729.1 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 4.076 riyals from 4.862 riyals. The Saudi Arabia-listed cooperative insurance group's insurance revenue was 12 billion riyals, compared with 10.35 billion riyals a year ago.
