Rolls-Royce Posts Decline in H1 Profit; Revenue Up

02:15 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rolls-Royce Holdings (RR.L) said Thursday its profit for the first half tumbled, while revenue grew year over year. Profit attributable to ordinary shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 1.61 billion pounds sterling, compared with 4.42 billion pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.1928 pound from 0.5215 pound. The aerospace, defense, and power systems company's revenue was 11.45 billion pounds, compared with 9.49 billion pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.06 pound per share, payable Sept. 18 to shareholders on record Aug. 7. It paid 0.045 pound per share in the year-ago period. For full-year 2026, Rolls-Royce now expects an underlying operating profit in the range of 4.7 billion pounds to 4.9 billion pounds, compared with its previous forecast of between 4 billion pounds and 4.2 billion pounds.
