Segro Swings to H1 Loss; Revenue Up

02:31 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Segro (SGRO.L) said Thursday it swung to a loss for the first half, while revenue rose year over year. Loss after tax for the six months ended June 30 was 6 million pounds sterling, compared with a profit of 247 million pounds earlier. Loss per share came in at 0.004 pound from an EPS of 0.182 pound. The property company's revenue was 370 million pounds, compared with 351 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board recommended an interim dividend of 0.1014 pound per share for the period, payable Sept. 17 to shareholders on record Aug. 7. It paid 0.097 pound per share in the year-ago period.
