Vesuvius plc Logs Lower H1 Attributable Profit; Revenue Up

02:55 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vesuvius plc (VSVS.L) said Thursday its profit for the first half declined, while revenue increased year over year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was 16.9 million pounds sterling, compared with 30.9 million pounds a year earlier. EPS moved to 0.068 pound from 0.123 pound. The molten metal flow engineering and technology company's revenue was 922.9 million pounds, compared with 907.5 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an unchanged dividend of 0.071 pound per share for the period, payable on Oct. 8 to shareholders of record Sept. 4. The company expects its full-year 2026 trading profit to be slightly higher than the previous year on a constant currency basis.
