Hammerson's H1 Profit Declines; Revenue Up

02:57 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hammerson (HMSO.L, HMSO.IR, HMN.JO) said Thursday that its profit for the first half fell, while revenue rose year over year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 55.8 million pounds sterling, compared with 78.7 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 0.105 pound from 0.161 pound. The real estate company's revenue was 143.6 million pounds, compared with 80.8 million pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.0967 pound per share, payable on Oct. 15 to shareholders on record Sept. 4. It paid 0.0794 pound per share a year ago. For 2026, the company raised its EPRA earnings growth guidance to 132 million pounds, compared with 120 million pounds earlier. Hammerson also outlined its new medium-term outlook for a compound annual growth rate of 6% to 8% for EPRA EPS.
