04:35 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Shaires Holdings (SHR.L) said Thursday it raised $28.5 million after completing the first tranche of its share placing and subscription. The first tranche comprised 1,424,000 new shares at $20 each, taking the London-listed investment company's total cash resources to $36.5 million. The proceeds will be used to fund Shaires' inaugural portfolio of private technology companies, additional in-kind exchange transactions and general corporate purposes.
