04:44 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK Secretary of State approved Drax Group's (DRX.L) planned acquisition of renewable assets investor Bluefield Solar Income Fund (BSIF.L), or BSIF. The approval was required under the National Security and Investment Act 2021, according to a Thursday filing. The court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement, being carried out through power generator Drax Group's Drax Smart Generation, is expected to become effective on Friday.
