04:50 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Great Portland Estates (GPE.L) said Thursday it fully leased the office space at its Carrington House property in London W1, UK. The British real estate company leased more than 6,900 square feet of converted fitted workspace at rents of up to 105 pounds sterling per square foot, 8.1% above the property's estimated rental value.
