06:37 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Animalcare Group (ANCR.L) is now a fully-owned subsidiary of Charterhouse Capital Partners-backed CCP PAW 2 Ltd. after the takeover scheme of arrangement took effect on Thursday. The veterinary pharmaceutical company's shares were also suspended from trading on the London bourse's AIM segment starting Thursday morning, with cancellation of the shares to follow on Friday. CCP PAW 2 acquired Animalcare for 3.36 pounds sterling per share, or a total of 235.2 million pounds.
