08:12 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zentra Group (ZNT.AQ) said Thursday that Zentra Great Ducie Street terminated its agreement with Torsion Construction for the One Victoria residential project in Manchester, the UK, after the contractor appointed administrators. The developer is in advanced negotiations with an alternative contractor regarding the completion of the remaining works and still expects to complete the project in the last quarter. The UK-listed property development and management company's investment in the project developer comprises a 30% equity interest and a 4.1 million-pound-sterling loan.
