Enagás Secures 31.5% Stake in France's Teréga

08:47 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Enagás (ENG.MC) unit Enagás Internacional completed its 573 million-euro acquisition of a 31.5% stake in French natural gas transmission and storage system operator Teréga. The Spanish energy infrastructure company formally acquired the stake from Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC after securing all regulatory approvals, according to a Thursday release. Following the transaction, Teréga's remaining ownership consists of Snam (SRG.MI) with a 40.5% stake, EDF Invest (Ouestgaz) with an 18% stake, and Crédit Agricole's (ACA.PA) Predica with a 10% stake.
