09:24 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Co. (SASE:4300) said Thursday its attributable net profit and revenue for the first half rose year over year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the issuer for the six months ended June 30 was 499 million Saudi riyals, compared with 448 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 0.46 riyal from 0.41 riyal. The Tadawul-listed real estate developer's revenue was 2.34 billion riyals, compared with 1.78 billion riyals a year ago.
