Today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Second-quarter consolidated revenues were $1.57 billion, up 17% (16% in local currency), net revenues were $1.39 billion, up 17% (16% in local currency). GAAP diluted net earnings per share was $0.56, compared to $0.08 in the prior year quarter. Second quarter GAAP diluted net earnings per share would have been approximately $0.01 lower excluding foreign exchange impacts. Colliers International Group Inc. shares T.CIGI are trading down $2.65 at $139.42.
