The Dinerstein Cos. and PGIM closed on an $81 million refinancing loan for Atlas Peakview, a 330-unit multifamily community in Centennial. Mesa West Capital funded the loan in a deal arranged by Walker & Dunlop.

Multihousing News reports that Atlas Peakview was delivered in 2025 and has since reached 85 percent occupancy. The project previously received $76.8 million in construction financing from Texas Capital Bank in 2021.

The community features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with two- and three-bedroom townhomes available for rent. Each residence features in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, smart locks and Energy Star-certified appliances. Average monthly rent at Atlas Peakview is approximately $2,280,.

Residents have access to shared amenities including a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center, a two-story coworking space, a speakeasy and a pet-wash station.

Walker & Dunlop’s Tom Melody, Paul House and John Melody arranged the financing.
