Eli Lilly, Resilience Earmark $750 Million to Boost Diabetes, Obesity Drug Production in US

12:17 PM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eli Lilly (LLY.SW, LLY.F) and Resilience are investing $750 million to expand the contract development and manufacturing organization's production of critical medicines at its Cincinnati facility in Ohio, US. The project includes the manufacturing of the pharmaceutical giant's KwikPen injectable device, which is used to treat diabetes and obesity, according to a Thursday release. Site expansion preparations are underway, with full operations slated to start in early 2027.
