GFP Real Estate announced today that New York-based law firm Kelman Winston & Vallone PC has signed a five-year, four-month lease for 2,695 square feet at 520 Eighth Ave. Kelman Winston will relocate to newly improved office space on the 14th floor, previously occupied by LightbulbLive.  The move will provide the firm with upgraded office space while allowing it to remain at 520 Eighth Ave.

Mandell represented GFP in-house.  The tenant was represented by Steve Haas of Norman Bobrow & Company.
