For me, the core CTP thesis still rests on resilient demand for modern logistics space in Central and Eastern Europe and the company’s ability to convert its development pipeline into profitable, leased assets. The latest results show higher revenue and rental income but much lower net income, and the higher interim dividend does not materially change the near term picture, where development execution remains the key catalyst and funding costs the most immediate risk to watch.

The 11.3% increase in the interim dividend to €0.345 per share, paid out at 70% of company specific adjusted EPRA EPS, is the announcement that matters most here. It connects directly to the income side of the CTP story, where growing rental flows from new leases in markets like Bulgaria and Romania are intended to support both the dividend and the economics of a sizeable development pipeline.
