Kontron's Top Shareholder Fails to Secure Majority Voting Rights Amid Mandatory Public Offer

12:48 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kontron (KTN.F) said Thursday its top shareholder, Ennoconn Corp., did not secure the majority of the voting rights in the company at the closing of the mandatory public offer for its shares. The offer elicited acceptance from 12,289,840 million shares, or 19.5% of the German technology company's shareholding at closing. Completion of the transaction remains subject to applicable regulatory approvals, including from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
