01:46 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Allreal (ALLN.SW) said Thursday it secured a building permit to develop a new residential property in Zurich, Switzerland. The Swiss real estate developer and manager plans to build 65 rental apartments and commercial spaces on a 1,700 square-meter plot close to the Letzigrund Stadium. The project is scheduled for completion in 2029.
