01:52 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brave Bison Group (BBSN.L) on Thursday clarified that it has neither sought nor received any letters of support from System1 Group (SYS1.L) shareholders in relation to its offer to acquire shares it does not own in the marketing research company. The statement followed the publication of the London-listed media, marketing and technology company's offer announcement, which stated that it had consulted 14% of System1 shareholders. The UK's Takeover Panel asked Brave Bison to clarify that the statement should not be interpreted as indicating, implying or suggesting that any shareholders support the offer.
